A world first. " This is the first time that an event has taken place simultaneously in two different metaverses. says Nicolas Parpex, director of the Cultural and Creative Industries (ICC) investment division and Plan Touch pilot at Bpifrance.
The, or rather, metaverses are a major opportunity for French creative companies. But to benefit from it, they will first have to overcome many challenges – societal, economic, legal and regulatory. Because the rules of the game are being written, Bpifrance and La French Touch have organized Bpifrance Metaverse Vision, an event both physical but also on Decentraland and The Sandbox.

Write the future of the French Touch in the metaverse

This event brought together the entire French metaverse ecosystem. From content creators to infrastructure managers, 17 top speakers were present around four round tables to write the future of La French Touch in the metaverse. A few hundred physical participants and nearly 520 connected avatars took part in this unique event, which also accumulated no fewer than 250 views on social networks.
