The objective of this call for projects is to give cultural institutions better control of the data generated by their activities, so as to improve fill rates and optimize marketing. It aims to ensure the coexistence of different types of ticketing by targeting their interoperability and to be part of a data standardization process. As far as possible, the pooling of ticketing services should allow economies of scale, in particular for small structures.
