The Exceptional Savoir-Faire Accelerator is a support program for managers of arts and crafts companies who wish to take their strategy to the next level in order to structure themselves in depth and exploit the full potential of their company. Apply from September 01 to November 30, 2023.
Why an exceptional Know-How Accelerator?
The Exceptional Savoir-Faire Accelerator aims to support the transformation and structuring of arts and crafts companies to give them the necessary keys and face the challenges linked to the growth of their activity and social and environmental transformations.
This intensive support system, lasting 18 months and made up of a class of 25 SME and ETI managers, will allow you to gain height and prepare for the future by thoroughly structuring your company and registering it in a sustainable growth trajectory.
The program, operated by Bpifrance, is developed with the participation of the National Institute of Crafts.

What does the Exceptional Know-How Accelerator offer?
This support program is aimed at managers of SMEs and mid-sized companies in the artistic professions to enable them to:
- Build and manage their strategy
- Develop and perpetuate their know-how
- Succeed in their energy and ecological transition
- Improve the performance of their production tool
- Develop and deploy their marketing and sales strategy in France and internationally

How long is the program? 18 months

You will have access to:
- 16 or 39 days of consulting missions (depending on your turnover)

- Industry meetings to discuss sector issues and discover the stakeholders in your ecosystem

Who is this support program for?
Do you run an arts and crafts business linked to the creation of goods and services or the restoration of heritage (architecture and gardens, textiles, lighting, leather, ceramics, restoration, shows, etc.)?
And your business meets the following conditions:
- A minimum turnover of €200
- A minimum of employees to be assessed according to the context
- At least 3 years of existence
- An activity or projects which are innovative in nature (technological, usage, organizational or economic model innovation)
Do you have control over your company's strategic directions and investment decisions?
What's the fare ?
For companies with a turnover of less than €10 million
€2 excluding tax / quarter with payment in 000 installments, i.e. a total remaining cost for the company of €6 excluding tax.
This program is funded by the government at 65% of the total cost of the program.
For companies with a turnover greater than €10M
€5 excluding tax / quarter with payment in 000 installments, i.e. a total remaining cost for the company of €6 excluding tax.
This program is funded by the government at 53% of the total cost of the program

Since 2015, Bpifrance has offered intensive support programs for managers of French SMEs and mid-sized companies to help them capitalize on their growth levers with the aim of developing sustainably.
More than 40 accelerators are launched each year. There are 5 types of Accelerators: national, regional, sectors, thematic and international, such as the Franco-Italian Accelerator. Each program brings together a class of around thirty leaders who will experience a transformative collective adventure together. Since 2015, 3 SME and ETI managers have gone through these programs.
