The cohort benefits from tailored support and assistance from all of our partners.

The WeBuildChange class is comprised of five talented individuals who have already proven themselves in various areas of the industry: financing, operations, programming, production, distribution, festivals, talent agency, press relations, legal, etc. These talented individuals are committed to making a difference, particularly in the areas of parity, the fight against sexist and sexual violence, diversity, and social and environmental transition.

The profiles have at least 5 years of experience, with an average age of 33.
