Bernard Keklikan, CEO of the Tropézienne brand K. Jacques, looks back on the journey that led them to the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) Label and the creation of the leather goods collection.

Do you know what Picasso and Brigitte Bardot have in common? It is a shoe created in 1933 by the couple Jacques and Elise Keklikian. Having become a Saint-Tropez icon, K. Jacques obtained the Living Heritage Company Label in 2011. This was an opportunity for the 88-year-old brand to reinvent itself and add a new string to its bow: leather goods. This family business is rhyme heritage with modernity and Saint Tropez with international, as told by the son of the founder and CEO of the brand, Bernard Keklikian.
