Multi-year accessibility plan
3-year plan
Introduction
Decree No. 2019-768 of July 24, 2019 relating to accessibility for disabled people to online public communication services, published on July 25, 2019, determines the obligations relating to the accessibility of agent sites and the site www.la-frenchtouch.fr.
Accessibility in Bpifrance's digital strategy
Digital accessibility is at the heart of concerns related to the development and provision of websites or mobile applications to both our customers and our internal staff, thus contributing to Bpifrance's policy in favor of the integration of people with disabilities.
What is digital accessibility?
An accessible website is one that allows people with disabilities to access its content and features without difficulty. For example, an accessible website allows you to:
- Navigate with voice synthesis and/or braille display (especially used by blind and visually impaired people).
- Customize the site display according to their needs (enlarging characters, changing colors, etc.)
- Navigate without using the mouse (with keyboard only, via touchscreen, voice or any other suitable device).
To do this, the site must comply with the standards in force during its creation and updates.
Corrective measures
- All non-conformities identified by the audit or rapid review will be classified according to their level of severity: blocking, major, minor. Where possible, blocking non-conformities will be addressed as a priority, as will those identified as quick and easy to correct.
- For each, a team responsible for its correction will be identified. Standardized correction requests will be created for it.
Annual action plans
Compliance work and actions to promote digital accessibility are planned annually in action plans.
We have developed a multi-year plan to improve the accessibility of our website. This plan includes the following steps:
- Use of disabled persons to control the criteria for rapid auditing within the meaning of the RGAA
- Correct non-conformities
- Carry out a site accessibility audit
