What to do in Paris for the music festival?

In the capital, free concerts will take place at the Olympia, the Louvre, the Palais Royal, on the Quais de Seine...
If you plan to stop by the Arab World Institute, located in the 5th arrondissement, you will be able to witness the arrival of a musical flame imagined as part of the Paris 2024 Cultural Olympiad, and a live of Ibrahim Maalouf & The Trumpets of Michelangelo, followed by an “IMA x Konbini” evening.

What to do in Lyon for the music festival?

The feast of the Music courses will make the city of Lyon vibrate! On this occasion, and as part of the opening of the Connecting Worlds exhibition, the Lyon Museum of Fine Arts is organizing several concerts, all day June 21, in its gardens. Choral singing, Congolese rumba, oriental music, folk, pop, electro, the musical programming in partnership with the Rhône-Alpes Traditional Music Center is intended to be open and varied. In addition to the concerts, the entire museum will also be open to everyone free of charge, all day long.

What to do in Marseille for the music festival?

Did you know ? The music festival was initiated under Jack Lang, when the latter was Minister of Culture from 1981 to 1986 and from 1988 to 1993. The first edition of the event, which took place in 1982, was called “Make the music ! ". The objective was to encourage the development of amateur music in France. Thousands of initiatives then came to life in the streets, stations, squares, kiosks and gardens... Since then, the music festival has been a highly anticipated popular event every year, which marks the kick-off of summer, where any professional or amateur musician can share his passion with passers-by.
