Bpifrance provides equity financing to creative companies through French Touch Capital, composed of teams of expert, experienced and passionate investors serving La French Touch.

What are the equity actions offered by Bpifrance?

With its unique positioning on the market, Bpifrance conducts equity operations throughout the companies' entire development path, as well as fund of funds.

VENTURE CAPITAL: to ensure the emergence of new brands or creative and innovative projects, and to support the development of Tech & Touch start-ups.

DEVELOPMENT CAPITAL: to develop and consolidate independents in the cultural and creative industries sector, the ETIs of tomorrow.

CAPITAL TRANSMISSION: to support the recovery of companies in the cultural and creative industries sector.

French Touch Capital is a long-term, minority investor that supports La French Touch companies with individual investments ranging from €500,000 to €10 million. Larger transactions can also be carried out by other Bpifrance divisions (Large Venture and Mid & Large Cap).

the Tech fund
& Touch

The Tech & Touch fund, deployed by Bpifrance and the French Touch is a seed capital and venture capital fund aimed at startups in the cultural and creative industries.

Funded as part of the France 2030 plan and managed by the General Secretariat for Investment, in conjunction with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Culture, the Banque des Territoires, and the IFCIC, it invests in companies combining creativity and technological innovation. It makes direct minority investments (Pre-Seed to Series C) in cultural and creative startups and indirect investments (funds of funds). Tech & Touch covers various cultural sectors in France, including transformation and innovation issues such as AI, VR, blockchain, and Industry 4.0.
