From July 3 to September 24, the Rencontres de la photographie d'Arles will be held, an unmissable event for all professionals and aficionados of the 3rd art. On this occasion, the French Touch, partner of the event, will offer a unique round table dedicated to professionals in the sector.
Anticipating shifts in the photographic medium and the evolution of new technologies, offering all audiences the opportunity to experience the image: these are the ambitions of the Rencontres de la photographie d'Arles, a cultural event with exponential success since beginning of the 2000s. For more than 50 years, the biggest names in photography have taken part in the Rencontres d'Arles, a genuine breeding ground for new talent. Each year, nearly 127 visitors and 000 professionals meet to discover and share their love for this discipline.
For this new edition, experimentation crosses the field of exhibitions and themes thanks to the keen eye of photographers such as Zofia Kulik, Roberto Huarcaya or Juliette Agnel. The spotlight will also be given to the emergence of young talents through the photographic work of three students from the National School of Photography, and the Louis Roederer Foundation Discovery Prize at the church of the Prêcheurs brothers.
